When the 206 nations parade into the Stade de France this summer, six to eight Palestinian athletes will be tucked between Pakistan and Panama's representatives, with their Hamas terrorist flag in tow.
Never mind the fact that most -- if not all -- of the athletes will not be qualified. The International Olympic Committee has promised them a spot in the Games.
Jan Markell, founder and president of Olive Tree Ministries and host of "Understanding the Times," points out that participating nations are supposed to be nations.
"I'm just shocked how the whole world is suddenly calling them a nation and honoring them as a nation," she tells AFN. "I never thought I'd see this in my lifetime."
Palestinian athletes have actually been included in the Games since 1996, but a special dispensation has been granted to allow the terrorist-led territories to be included this year, despite their massacre of innocent Israelis on October 7th.
"It seems to me that the whole world has sympathy for the devil," Markell laments. "It seems to me that the whole world is cheering for barbarians."
This extends beyond the Olympic games. Around the world, and specifically on American college campuses, the terrorists are being praised and the victims are being blamed.
"I think this is the biggest shock of my entire life," Markell reiterates.
Noting the Bible's warning that evil will be called good and good will be called evil in the last days, she concludes "this is a lot of evil that's being called good."
