Statistics don't lie: Mother's womb dangerous place around the globe

People across the world are destroying unborn babies in record numbers.

Worldometers, the real-time statistics website, has been tracking abortion for a number of years and comparing those deaths to, for example, heart disease and cancer. The conclusion is abortion is the leading cause of death across the planet.

Pro-life leader Carol Tobias, of the National Right to Life Committee, says one reason for that statistic is a lack of respect for human life.

Tobias, Carol (NRLC) Tobias

“We are seeing that in our country, in our communities, and worldwide,” she says. “Human life just isn't precious anymore and we don't take those extra steps to protect it, and certainly not for preborn children when we can't really see them.”

Worldometers estimates 73 million unborn babies died in 2023 throughout the world.

Tobias suggests a second reason abortion numbers are so high is population control, meaning the radical environmentalist view the planet is endangered by the human population.
