The sad case involves Lois Cardinal, who underwent surgery in 2009 to become a woman but suffers constant pain and suffering from mutilated body parts.
Canada is famous for its MAID program, or medical aid in dying, which supposedly offers life-ending care to Canadians who are suffering from a terminal illness. After helping more than 13,000 people end their lives in 2022, doctors denied Cardinal’s request because it is not a terminal illness.
That story from Canada should be a warning to everyone defending so-called “gender-affirming” care and encouraging children to do it, says conservative activist Laurie Higgins.
"And we know that kids are more vulnerable,” she says. “They're more vulnerable to social contagion than adults are."
The transsexual told The Daily Mail he is in “constant discomfort and pain” from the procedure that has become a “psychological burden.” The help from doctors is a cream to help with the pain, he said.
Much like the Far Left has embraced abortion as a sacred-like right, the life-changing trans surgery is being praised and defended as a life-saving practice for mentally confused minors.
Cardinal, however, has become a critic of LGBT activists and is warning of people “falling prey” to the trend.
“A lot of the so-called trans hate is fueled by the trans community,” he told the Daily Mail, “because we aren’t allowed to have honest and tough conversations.”
