The Trump administration is accusing far-left activist judges of conducting lawfare against the President and his ability to carry out his duties as the chief executive officer of the United States. One Joe Biden- appointed judge says Trump has no right to ban transgenders from the military.
Another has ruled that the president must reinstate the very corrupt USAID office, which has paid out billions and billions of dollars to far-left wing programs that don't benefit the American people.
Still another judge attempted to order (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) ICE to turn around two planes carrying very dangerous terrorist gang members to El Salvador. The Trump administration says it intends to fight these cases all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.
J. Christian Adams, formerly of the DOJ, is founder and president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation.

“I am confident that the Supreme Court will allow President Trump to exercise his lawful powers. The question is what are the lawful powers? That’s what the Supreme Court decides. I have a large degree of confidence that when push comes to shove, that the court's going to do the right thing."
Adams says a lot of the criticism directed at some of the justices recently was in the context of a stay.
"And I think that that's what happened in the last couple of weeks, that some justices you thought we're going to be on the president's side weren't, but that was in the context of the fast-moving complicated stay that has different standards. It's not what is the law? Say there's a whole bunch of additional standards that gum up the works on figuring out who's right and wrong. There are complicated issues, and I think that in the end, the Supreme Court will be on the side of following the law when the president decides to do it."
