A pro-family activist says it was a “predator’s dream” when children were in the audience last month to witness a self-described “illegal” drag show at an Oregon State University venue.

Several underage children were exposed to nudity and obscenity at a drag show in early June at the public university. The “Illegal Drag Show,” advertised as including “adult themes” yet suitable for “all ages,” was hosted by the LGBTQ group Rainbow Continuum at OSU. One conservative student leader said the event included “extremely explicit sexual content, including sexually provocative performances by men and women in drag and costumes.”

In an interview with AFN, Linda Harvey of Mission: America argues that “gay” activists are increasingly striving to shock conservatives and Christians.

"They're doing more and more things that should shock people and horrify people and that are, frankly, illegal regarding children,” she states. “There will be a reaction – and hopefully it will be in the form of lawsuits, criminal prosecution, and speaking out on social media."

Harvey describes the presentation – which was interrupted many times by cheering and applause from adults in the audience – as nothing more than a crude display of perversity that required no skill or talent by the participants.

"This is the kind of thing that a pervert would do on a street corner.” she exclaims. “There’s no artistic benefit, no artistic talent displayed. This was a predator's dream to have an audience to view their trench-coat perversion activities."

Campus Reform reports at least four small children were there for the entire show. (Caution: This link includes a video of the drag show that many will find offensive.)
