While strongly urging all Americans to get vaccinated in Raleigh, North Carolina, Biden indicated that racist policies targeting Latinos are keeping them from receiving the “free” taxpayer-funded controversial shots that claim to deter people from contracting and dying from the coronavirus.
"It's awful hard, as well, to get Latinx vaccinated, as well. Why?” Biden posed Thursday before answering his own question, according to TheBlaze. “They're worried they'll be vaccinated and deported."
Far-Left playbook …
Immediately after making his statement, Biden was criticized for seizing the opportunity to stir up racial tensions and inject the far Left’s politically correct lexicon that replaces the term, Latinos with “Latinx,” while trying to make it look like all Hispanics are illegal immigrants living covert lives to evade deportation.
The word, “Latinx” is a so-called “inclusive” term now popularly used by many politicians on the far-Left to pander to self-professed transgenders, yet an overwhelming majority of Latinos reject this politically correct term.
Repelling – not attracting – Latinos
Hispanics on Twitter did not warm up to Biden’s attempt to coddle the Latino community and usher in more of the Latino vote by making the Democratic Party appear as bastions and nurturers of the Latinos.
"Mr. President @JoeBiden, please show more respect for the Latino community in the United States – we are Latinos, not ‘Latinx,’" El American editor Emmanuel Rincon tweeted. “On the other hand, Latinos are not ignorant fools who think that a vaccine equals deportation."
One Spanish-American angrily set the record straight for Biden concerning the term, “Latinx.”
"This [expletive (in Spanish) directed toward Biden] needs to go,” C.J. Carella tweeted. “First, Latinx is a term invented by Anglos colonizing the Spanish language. Secondly, the vast majority of us Latinos in Norteamerica are not illegal immigrants."
Another poked fun at Biden and the Democratic Party’s far-Left campaign trying to pander to the Latino vote.
"Where are my reparations for being called an illegal immigrant Latinx?" a Twitter user joked.
With Biden’s gaffes and awkward behavior continuing to pile up during public appearances, Twitter users called to attention a second gaffe the president made while issuing a brief statement concerning African Americans receiving vaccinations.
"There's a reason why it's been harder to get African Americans initially to get vaccinated – because they're used to being experimented on … Tuskegee Airmen and others," Biden erroneously claimed. "People have memories, people have long memories."
Similar to many Democratic politicians recreating American history – to promote their agenda that conservatives argue incites racial disunity for their political gain – Biden got his facts wrong.
“The president had confused the famed Tuskegee Airmen – the first African American Army Air Corps that fought in World War II – and the shameful Tuskegee experiment … that was conducted in secret on African Americans,” TheBlaze explained.
The two had nothing to do with one-another other than the location, as the former began in 1932 – which was nearly a decade before the United States entered World War II.
Lyndsey Fifield of Heritage shamed Biden and the Democratic Party for continuing their campaign of racial baiting based on inaccurate information.
"Confusing the Tuskegee syphilis study with the Tuskegee Airmen shows he probably never knew about it until being prepped for these remarks," Fifield tweeted. "The cringe is off the charts."
More divisive politics …
Continuing the president’s attempt to make the black community believe that the Democratic Party is what they need to bring about change, he vowed to spend more taxpayer funds on welfare programs based on the unsubstantiated and absurd claim that people of color and Hispanics cannot access fresh produce in stores.
“Guess what? In most black communities across America [and] Hispanic communities, how many stores have fresh vegetables?” Biden asked, according to Breitbart News. “How many stores have – I’ll go down the list. It matters.”
After failing to support his claims of racial inequality with any statistics or evidence, Biden went back to call all of his supporters in the North Carolina crowd to get vaccinations – whether they were at risk and needed them or not.
“And as they say in my church, I’m preaching to the choir, I know,” the president stated. “But the television is recording this.”
He implied that his administration is responsible for COVID-19 cases and fatalities dropping – despite the fact that it was the Trump administration that expedited the vaccinations he is now championing and taking credit for.
“Nationwide, we’re seeing the lowest number of daily cases and deaths since the first day of the pandemic,” Biden proclaimed, according to The Courthouse News Service – before trying to make his administration appear as the champion of minorities “And we’ve built equity into the heart of the vaccination program.”
