Much has been said about the new Red-Green “Alliance of Evil,” a union of communist red and Islamic jihadist green.
Tuesday night, the voters of New York City elected Zohran Mamdani to be its next mayor. In his acceptance speech he referenced Eugene Debs, a five-time candidate for president from the Socialist Party of America in the early 20th Century. He also spoke a few words in Arabic.
Robert Spencer is director of Jihad Watch and author of "Intifada on the Hudson: The Selling of Zohran Mamdani."
"He's likely to sow a lot of division and hatred in our country as a whole with his Marxist, anti-American, Islamic rhetoric. On the Marxist side he's likely to bankrupt the city which will have negative repercussions for the whole country. On the Islamic side he's likely to turn a blind eye to jihad terror activity as well as Islamic anti-Semitism, making life miserable for New Yorkers and others as well."
Spencer says Mamdani was elected because of all the recent mass migration into New York.
"If you take away the votes of everybody who's arrived in New York since 9/11, he would have lost. Native New Yorkers voted against him. But this is the whole purpose of this mass migration, to enable the election of people of this kind, and it's working great."
