The virulently anti-Trump senator has already gotten into potential hot water over mortgage fraud allegations in Maryland. Now, a Democratic whistleblower has told the FBI that Schiff approved leaking classified information in order to discredit President Donald Trump, reported Fox News.
The documents, obtained by Just The News, were recently handed over to Congress by FBI Director Kash Patel.
The whistleblower reportedly worked for Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee for over ten years and reported Schiff's alleged behavior to the FBI in 2017. The staffer also said that he personally attended a meeting where Schiff greenlit the leak.
According to the report, in addition to being unethical, the intelligence staffer called the leaking "treasonous" and "illegal."

“No doubt that he perpetrated mortgage rates due to the facts that have come out and signed affidavits on multiple mortgages declaring primary residence," McGary says to claims of Schiff’s mortgage fraud.
About the leaks, McGary thinks that the public needs to see the facts.
"I really believe that Adam Schiff has been undermining President Trump and undermining the American public for many, many, many years. It's time that the chickens have come home to roost, and I'd love to see him in ankle chains and have him handcuffed," says McGary.
