'View' co-host slammed for suggesting Trump doesn't like 'strong women'

A female conservative ripped into “The View” co-host Joy Behar after the angry liberal suggested President Trump doesn’t like strong women.

In light of President Trump and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez trading barbs on social media, Behar claimed the president is intimidated by the Democrat congresswoman.

“My observation of [Trump] is he really doesn't really, like strong women,” she told her co-hosts. “He likes dutiful, obedient women who compliment him, I find.”

Reacting to Behar’s comments on Fox News, Brett Cooper called Behar “completely ridiculous” for telling the story of how Trump once personally insulted her.

“Maybe it's not the fact that you're a woman, Joy, but it's just that you're Joy, and he doesn't want to deal with you,” Cooper shot back.

Cooper, who was making her first appearance as a new Fox News contributor, said Trump surrounds himself with strong, capable women beginning with his own wife, Melania.
