On Friday, the United Nations (U.N.) General Assembly overwhelming endorsed a declaration outlining the steps towards a two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians ahead of a meeting among world leaders, reports Newsweek.
A resolution endorsing the declaration, titled the “New York Declaration,” received 142 votes in favor with 10 voting against it; however, 12 countries abstained from the vote. The move comes ahead of a September 22 summit where Britain, France, Canada, Australia, and Belgium have all indicated that they will recognize a Palestinian state.
Reuters reports that Germany will support the declaration from the U.N. about recognizing a two-state solution, but the country does not believe that this is the right time for Palestine to be recognized as its own state. Last week, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that the U.S. has told other countries that recognition of a Palestinian state will cause more problems.

"Straight thinking people – be they Americans or Israelis – realize any future Palestinian state will turn into a terrorist enclave. Why the United Nations can't see that is because, I believe, that they have been given over to strong delusion. Secondly, I think they've been given over to a depraved mind, which is Romans 1," states Markell.
Markell says that those people believe “up is down and black is white.”
"That's the way the United Nations thinks. It's time America pulls out of the United Nations because it's a house of lunatics. I'm just being really blunt here. When it comes to Israel, that's when their true colors always show," states Markell.
