Campus Reform is known for its conservativism and for reporting on corruption and malpractice in higher education. Editor-in-Chief Zachary Marschall says his reporters especially deal with hostile reactions when they interact with students.
"We've had one student be told to go kill himself just because he was conservative on campus and asking questions that leftists didn't like," he tells AFN.

Earlier this month at the University of California, Davis, where Turning Point USA had a "Prove Me Wrong" tabling event set up, cameras captured the moments a marching, chanting, masked mob approached the tent, tore it down, and dragged it away.
Police did not intervene; they stood by and watched.
In March, at a separate Turning Point USA event at the University of Texas, Dallas, a male dressed as a scantily clad female swung a bicycle lock at chapter President Paige Newman with enough force to shatter her phone.
"We had one anti-Israel student … footage of him eating a Star of David because he didn't like the pro-Israel tabling going on," Marschall adds.
He says these are examples of the irrational Left's inability to deal with opposing viewpoints.
"This is pretty much in keeping with the stories that we cover every year," the conservative editor notes. "I would say that another mentally unstable leftist is behaving just as you would expect."
